RESPONSIBILITIES
- Provide first and second-line software support to
end users. - Document support activities and maintain an issue
resolution database. - Collaborate with business and data analysts, and
project coordinators to resolve complex issues - Perform root cause analysis and implement
preventive solutions. - Maintain user accounts, system documentation, and
support procedures - Test software updates and ensure reliable
performance - Analyze user and system requirements and report to
supervisors - Prepare regular operational reports.
- Support database, user data, and email backup
maintenance
JOB REQUIREMENTS
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, or a
related field. - Minimum of 1 year of experience in user
support role. (Fresh graduates are also
welcome) - Some knowledge of database management
systems, such as SQL. - Some experience in Query processing.
- Some experience in data analysis tools such as
Microsoft Excel, Power BI. - Good at problem-solving and decision-making
abilities - Ability to adapt to changing technology and
business requirements in a fast-paced
environment
