Basic Requirements
- Citizen of Myanmar
- Age 18-60
- If new client is home renter, he/she must have lived at the current home minimum 1 year.
- Minimum 1 year of business operation
- Either client or guarantor a homeowner (Client must own home or land within operating area for amounts above MMK 6,000,000)
Documents requirements
- Copy of NRC
- Copy of family registration (Form 10)
- Copy of business registration if any (required for amounts above MMK 5,000,000)
- Copy of house/land title if any (required for amounts above MMK 5,000,000)
